Human Rights Policy Statement

At Rocket Consulting, we are committed to respecting and upholding human rights in all aspects of our business operations.     • Core Labour Standards of the International Labour Organisation (ILO): We support the ILO’s core labour standards, including freedom of association, elimination of forced labour, and prohibition of child labour.
    • OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises: We align with the OECD guidelines, which provide recommendations for responsible business conduct, including respect for human rights.
    • Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights (UNGPs): We integrate the UNGPs into our practices, emphasising the corporate responsibility to respect human rights and conduct due diligence.

  2. Due Diligence and Adverse Impact Mitigation: We recognise that while states have a duty to protect human rights, companies also have a responsibility to respect them. We conduct due diligence to avoid infringing on the rights of others and address any adverse impact resulting from our global operations.

  3. Zero Tolerance for Human Rights Violations: We will not tolerate any threats, intimidation, physical or legal attacks against human rights defenders. This includes those exercising their rights to freedom of expression, association, peaceful assembly, and protest related to our global operations.

  4. Fair Partner: As both an employer and a buyer, we believe in fair partnerships. We pay a fair price to our suppliers, support local communities, and ensure good working conditions for everyone involved in our business and supply chains.
