Discover how SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) has helped Hallmark gain increased efficiency and enhanced operational management.

Hallmark UK, one of the country’s leading gift card retailers, has been on a seven-year journey with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) which has supported their evolving UK business. Starting in 2011, with the selection and implementation of SAP EWM to support their business operations across wholesale and retail distribution channels. Through to the latest optimisations recently implemented to efficiently provide fulfilment to their customers eCommerce channels and further improve operations management and increased efficiency.

Hallmark had already predicted that the rate of business change could increase across customers. As such, to provide the required logistical capability, it was necessary to move to a more flexible and functionally rich platform, and while doing so simplify the technical landscape. Without this investment, short and longer term risk and operating costs would increase.
