Rocket invests in understanding new technology, so that we are best placed to recommend to our customers whether a specific technology is appropriate or not. We have a proven approach to evaluating new technology which we test and approve internally before we deploy it onto a live project. This enables us to perform a measured assessment without project pressures, so that we can deliver the most suitable solution to our clients.

Warehouse Automation
Successful integration of automation systems such as conveyors, carton sortation, automatic storage and recovery systems, and pick-to-light into an SAP warehouse operation requires far more than the system to system interfaces. Rocket’s approach to automation ensures technical and operational integration, allowing the third party control systems to be used effectively with SAP, while retaining all the benefits of operational reporting and management in the SAP master system.
Mobile (RF)
Mobile data entry using Radio Frequency (RF) devices is supported directly from many of the SAP Warehouse and Supply Chain Management functions. Using this inbuilt capability and our library of complementary Rocket Pack transactions we help our customers mobilise their workforce with real-time RF and mobile computing solutions.
Voice
When utilised appropriately voice directed control can enable significant increases in picking capacity and accuracy. SAP Warehouse Management can support voice picking directly or through the use of middleware voice applications. As with all technology, Rocket will ensure the right technology for the business goal and voice picking is no exception.
RFID
Radio Frequency Identification is an enabler for greater Supply Chain integration through sharing of information and collaboration between suppliers, carriers, customers providing the basis for improved exception management, warehouse opertations and proof of delivery.
