Operations
Any new system will involve new processes and will affect the operational model of the supply chain. Our knowledge and proficiency in this area enables us to advise our customers of the potential operational challenges and pitfalls and help them develop operational strategies to manage these.
In order to fully understand how well the new system is performing it is also beneficial to perform operational benchmarking in the 'as is' environment so that accurate measurements can be taken post go-live.
