Project Reviews

Project Healthcheck

Our Project Healthcheck service is a short sharp project assessment to determine the 'health' of a project and improve the running of the project. We review the full breadth of a project from organisation to process, identifying strengths and weaknesses, focussing on delivering clear recommendations for improving the health of the project.

Post Implementation Review

Our Post Implementation Review service has developed out of our drive to learn from each project that we deliver. As part of our project shutdown process we review our performance on the project and try and identify where we can improve. This has been so successful that many of our customers ask to be included in the review so they too can learn from the project.

Customer Development

We provide specialised design and development services to customers requiring bespoke SAP development. During our development design cycle our customers requirements will be carefully scrutinised before embarking on the creation of new customer specific functionality. Many commonly occurring business requirements that are not met with the standard SAP functions have been addressed with our Rocket Packs which are available to our customers. Rocket delivers high quality, robust developments, following strict coding and design standard to ensure full integration within the SAP landscape.
