Task & Resource Management for Non-Handling Unit Managed Operations
An important feature of the Task & Resource Management functionality is the system direction of a user to a distinct area of the warehouse but not to a specific pallet, known as Semi-System Guided (SSG). This is important in certain business scenarios such as putaway from a inbound staging area; this relies on the operator interaction to select the task for the next available pallet. However, this SSG process is only supported in warehouses that are Handling Unit (HU) managed.
